摘　　要：我院应用信息技术,规范医用耗材招标评价体系,完善医用耗材管理制度,加强对签标结果的采购监督管理,有效减少中间环节、降低采购成本、减轻病人负担,进一步提升医院整体竞争实力。In order to reduce medical consumables costs in our hospital, this paper introduces some measures：applying information technology to standardize bidding evaluation system, perfecting medical consumables management system, enhancing the supervision and management of label results implementation. With these measures, intermediate links of purchase, purchase costs as well as the burden of patients are effectively controlled, the overall competitiveness of our hospital is furtherly enhanced.
