摘 要:为了分析CFRP缆索和钢缆索悬索桥在经济性能方面的优劣,首先推导了悬索桥各个构件的材料用量和造价公式,然后对主跨为1 000-5 000m的CFRP缆索和钢缆索悬索桥的造价进行参数影响性研究,考虑的参数有主跨跨径、材料价格、桥跨布置方式、矢跨比和边中跨比。结果表明:跨径较小时钢缆索悬索桥占优,当跨径不断增大,CFRP缆索悬索桥的优势方能逐步体现;随着CFRP材料制造工艺的成熟、价格的不断下降,CFRP缆索悬索桥的竞争力越来越明显;桥跨布置方式对两者的经济性能影响较小;相对于钢缆索悬索桥,CFRP缆索悬索桥的总造价对矢跨比敏感程度较低,其选择范围也更广;边中跨比为0.2-0.3时,CFRP缆索悬索桥的总造价最低。To investigate into the advantages and disadvantages of suspension bridges with CFRP and steel main cables in terms of economic performance ,firstly ,the formulas for the amount of materials used to each component of a suspension bridge and costings were derived .And then the impact of parameters on costs of suspension bridges respectively with CFRP main cables and steel main cables with main span length of 1 000-5 000 m were studied ,including the main span length ,material price ,span arrangement ,sag ratio and side span to intermediate span ratio . The results of the study demonstrate that when the main span length is relatively small ,the suspension bridge with steel main cables is superior .However ,as the main span length increases ,the suspension bridge with CFRP main cables gradually reveals its advantages .In addition ,the maturity of the manufacturing technique will allow CFPR material to have increasingly lower price and the suspension bridge with CFRP main cables to be more and more competitive .Span arrangement has minimal influence on the economic performance of the tw o kinds of suspension bridge .Compared with suspension bridge with steel main cables ,the total cost of the suspension bridge with CFRP main cables is less sensitive to the sag ratio ,and the range of sag ratio is wider .When the side span to intermediate span ratio is in the range of 0 .2-0 .3 ,the total cost of suspension bridge with CFRP main cables is the lowest .
