摘 要:目的 探索血液及关节液标本在进行细菌检测培养时培养瓶的选择.方法 收集我院门诊及住院患者细菌检测标本共191份,其中血液标本96份,关节液标本95份,同一标本同时采用BacT/Alert F活性炭血培养瓶(以下简称Bio-F瓶)和双相显色血培养瓶(以下简称双相瓶)进行细菌学检测培养,对同一标本在两种培养瓶中的细菌阳性检出率进行比较.患者纳入标准为血常规、红细胞沉降率及C反应蛋白(CRP)异常.结果 血液标本在Bio-F瓶和双相瓶中细菌的检出率分别是20.8%和9.4%,差异有统计学意义(x^2=4.920,P<0.05),关节液标本在Bio-F瓶和双相瓶中细菌的阳性检出率分别是22.1%和24.2%,差异无统计学意义(x^2=0.118,P>0.05).结论 在进行细菌检测培养时,推荐血液标本使用Bio-F瓶,关节液使用双相瓶.Objective To study the choice of the blood culture bottles during culturing blood and synovial fluid specimens.Methods Culture the bacteria in the synovial fluid and blood samples at the same time with the biphasic blood culture bottles and the Bio-F bottles from the outpatients and hospitalized patients who are suspected joint infection,comparative the positive detection rates in the two kinds of culture bottles.Results The positive detection rates of blood samples in the Bio-F bottles and biphasic blood culture bottles were 20.8% and 9.4%,respectively,and the difference was significant (x^2 =4.920,P 〈 0.05) ; The positive detection rates of synovial fluid samples in the Bio-F bottles and biphasic blood culture bottles were 22.1% and 24.2%,respectively,and the difference was no significant (x^2=0.118,P〉 0.05).Conclusion Using the biphasic blood culture bottles for the bacterial culture of puncture fluid and the Bio-F bottles for the bacterial culture of blood samples was better in clinic.
