摘　　要：新刑事诉讼证据制度的实施,对侦查工作既是挑战,更是机遇。侦查取证工作受到的影响更是值得我们高度重视和认真研究。侦查人员、侦查部门应在新的刑事诉讼证据制度下针对新形势、新要求采取侦查取证新对策。For investigation work, the implementation of the new criminal litigation evidence system is both a challenge and an opportunity. The impact on investigation evidence collection is worth our great attention and careful study. The investigators, the investigation departments should take new countermeasures of investigation and collection of evidence for the new situation and new requirements in the criminal litigation evidence system under the system of new criminal litigation evidence.
