摘　　要：地域性犯罪具有聚合纽带上的地缘性、犯罪手法上的稳定性、作案动机上的侵财性和案件侦破上的困难性等特点,是社会转型特定历史条件下团伙犯罪的新动向。防控地域性犯罪,必须坚持多管齐下,多策并举,建立联动协作机制,加强技防建设和信息研判工作,完善社会保障体系,实施群防群治,走综合治理的道路。The regional crime has the characteristics of geo-relation with aggregation link, stability in style of offence, property violation on crime motive and difficuhy in case investigation. It is the new tendency of organized crime under the specific historical conditions of social transformation. In order to control the regional crime, we should insist on multi-pronged strategy, set up mechanism of collaboration, strengthen the construction of technical prevention and information study, perfect the social security system and implement mass prevention and mass treatment. Accordingly, we could achieve the aim of comprehensive management.
