摘  要:[目的]为了研究样品本身的因素。[方法]通过试验及人为制造油菜种子异样,并通过其与正常样品的近红外品质分析结果比对,探讨样品量、含水量、发霉率、芽粒率以及成熟度对近红外品质分析结果的影响。[结果]样品量、含水量、发霉率、芽粒率以及成熟度对近红外品质测定结果都有不同程度的影响。[结论]在用近红进行正常的品质分析时,应尽量做到待测样品在样品量、含水量、净度、成熟度等方面与定标样品保持一致。[Objective] The research aimed to study some factors of the study sample.[Method] Through trial and strange man-made canola seed,and through its quality and near-infrared analysis results of samples compared with normal impact,moldy rate,bud grain rate and maturity of the near-infrared quality analysis results,and sample size,moisture content were explored.[Result] The sample size,moisture,mildew rate,bud grain rate and maturity determination results were in varying degrees of impact on the quality of the near-infrared.[Conclusion]When near infrared was adopted to analyze the quality,the sample amount,moisture content,neatness,maturity,etc of the tested sample should be kept consistent with calibration sample.
