摘　　要：执政为民的内涵体现了极其鲜明的政治伦理理念和政治伦理价值要求,它是中国共产党政治文明建设的终极指向,是社会主义政治制度的题中之意,也是新中国政治文明发展的价值目标。其鲜明的政治伦理本质充分体现在为人民服务的政治伦理原则;情为民所系的政治伦理情感;权为民所用的政治伦理规范;利为民所谋的政治伦理目标等丰富内涵之中。The principle of Exercising Governance for the People is the ultimate goal of the political civilization construction of the CPC, a clear characteristic of socialist political system and value goal of political civilization in China. Its distinctive political ethics nature fully embodies in the principle of the political ethics of serving the people, the emotion of the political ethics of showing concern for the people, the standard of the political ethics of exercising power for the people and the goal of the political ethics of working for the well-being of the people.
