摘 要:综述了锂离子隔膜的主要作用及性能、国内外研究与发展现状。重点阐述了隔膜的制备方法,干法隔膜、湿法隔膜和多层复合隔膜的制备原理、工艺及性能研究情况,介绍了纳米纤维涂覆隔膜、纳米陶瓷颗粒涂覆隔膜、纳米陶瓷颗粒掺杂复合隔膜等5种新型高性能动力锂电池隔膜的研究进展,展望了电池隔膜的未来发展前景。The function and performance, and recent research and development status at home and abroadof lithium ion battery separators were reviewed. The production methods of the separators were discussedmainly, and the preparation principle, process, and performance of the dry-method separator, wet-methodseparator, and multi-layer composite separator were described in detail. The research progress of fivekinds of high performance power lithium ion battery separator, such as nano-fiber coating separator,nano-ceramic coating separator, nano-ceramic doping composite separator, and etc. was introduced. Finally,the future development prospect of the battery separator was proposed.
