摘 要:以乙烯基硅油、含氢硅油、二氧化硅为主要原料,苯基硅油和氧化铁为耐热添加剂,制备了有机硅绝缘密封胶。研究了苯基硅油用量、氧化铁用量以及两者协同效应对密封胶热稳定性的影响。结果表明:随着苯基硅油、氧化铁用量的增加,密封胶的耐老化性能明显增强;当苯基硅油用量为10份,氧化铁用量为6份时,制得的密封胶热稳定性良好,经300℃老化48 h后,其撕裂强度和粘接强度分别仅下降21.6%和6.7%,电气强度仅下降6.1%,介质损耗因数基本保持不变;在苯基硅油和氧化铁协同保护作用下,密封胶在420℃前的热分解速率很低,大幅提高了密封胶的热老化性能。Using vinyl silicone oil, hydrogen-containing silicone oil, and silica as major raw materials,phenyl silicone oil and iron oxide as heat resistant additives, we prepared a silicone electric insulatingsealant. The effects of the phenyl silicone oil amount, iron oxide amount, and the synergistic protectionof them on the thermal stability of the silicone sealant were studied. The results show that when the phenyloil amount is 10% and the iron oxide amount is 6%, the prepared sealant shows excellent thermalstability. After the sealant was ageing for 48 h at 300 ℃, its tear strength, adhesion strength, and breakdownstrength only decreased by 21.6%, 6.7%, and 6.1% respectively, and the dielectric dissipation factorremained almost the same. The thermal decomposition rate of the sealant before 420 ℃ was very low underthe synergistic protection of phenyl silicone oil and iron oxide, which indicated that the thermal ageingproperty of the sealant was improved greatly.
