摘 要:对SF6、N2和合成空气中绝缘子的沿面闪络性能进行研究,设计制作了试验所需的电极系统及试样,通过前期探索性试验,制定了合理的试验方案,测试表面附着不同长度导电颗粒绝缘子在不同气体、不同气体压力下的闪络电压。结果表明:当导电颗粒长度小于2 mm时,绝缘子的闪络电压没有显著的变化;随着气压的升高,绝缘子的闪络电压会出现饱和或下降的现象;SF6气体中绝缘子的闪络特性比N2和合成空气中更复杂,受气体压力、颗粒长度等因素的影响较大。The surface flashover performance of insulators in SF6, N2, and synthetic air was studied. Theelectrode system and insulator samples were prepared, and a proper experiment schedule was draftedbased on previous trial tests, and then the flashover voltage of the insulators(with different length ofconductive particles) were tested under different gases and different pressure. The results show that whenthe length of the conductive particle is less than 2 mm, the flashover voltage of the insulators has noobvious change. With the increase of gas pressure, the flashover voltage of the insulators would saturateor decrease. The flashover characteristic in SF6 is more complex than that in N2 and synthetic air, and itwill be affected by gas pressure and particle length.
