摘　　要：现代货币发行法制发起于西方,先后经历了自由发行、集体发行到独占发行的几个阶段。每一个阶段都代表着不同色彩的政治经济历史。近代中国全面仿制西方,与其他部门法制类似,货币金融制度也以几乎完全相同的路径完成了从无序到管制,最终解体的历史变迁。这一变迁过程所承载的历史事实与经验当然不能被简单否定、封存,其所蕴含的讨论价值应该常读常新。Modern legal currency was launched in the West, has experienced the freedom issue, the col-lective release, issued exclusively to several stages. Each color represents a different stage of political and economic history. Modern Chinese comprehensive imitation west, similar to other departments’le-gal, monetary and financial systems also completed a nearly identical path from disorder to control the final disintegration of the historical changes. Changes in facts and experience this historical process, of course, can not be carried by a simple negation, archive, discuss the value it contains should often read new.
