摘　　要：基于影响三维宗地模型设计因素的分析,提出了分阶段、分部位描述空间权利边界的三维宗地模型方案。聚焦上海市,明确了三维地籍管理核心对象——三维宗地的权利类型、形态、信息内容、边界界定等问题,为三维地籍相关研究工作奠定基础。On the basis of an analysis of the design factors of a 3D parcel model, this paper presents the framework of a3D parcel model with grading and segments for describing correct spatial boundaries. The model is examined with respect tothe Shanghai urban area, and considers clarity and definition as the core objectives of 3D cadastre management, includingthe correct type of 3D parcel model, spatial form, content, and boundaries. This study provides a foundation on which furtherresearch work on 3D cadastres can be built.
