伊曲康唑联合环吡酮胺治疗指/趾甲真菌病患者的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察伊曲康唑联合环吡酮胺治疗指/趾甲真菌病患者的临床效果。方法:选取皮肤科治疗的162例甲真菌患者资料,分为对照组(伊曲康唑)和观察组(环吡酮胺),指/趾甲患者给药2个或3个疗程,并比较两组疗效。结果:观察组患者临床效果、不良反应与复发率优于对照组。结论:伊曲康唑联合环吡酮胺治疗甲真菌病的疗效优于单纯伊曲康唑疗效,值得推广应用。Objective To study clinical effects of Itraconazole combined with Ciclopirox olamine on patients with nail/ toenailonychomycosis. Methods： The data of 162 cases with nail/ toenail onychomycosis in department of dermatology were collected, andthey were divided into control group （Itraconazole） and observation group （Ciclopirox olamine） and treated for two or three courses.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results： The clinical effects, adverse reactions and recurrence rate of observationgroup were better than those of control group. Conclusions： Itraconazole combined with Ciclopirox olamine has better clinical effectsthan single Itraconazole and is worthy of popularization.
