女性盆腔脓肿磁共振成像诊断价值分析

摘　　要：目的:分析磁共振成像(MRI)在女性盆腔脓肿诊断中的应用价值。方法:选取56例女性盆腔脓肿患者为研究对象,对其分别行MRI检查和螺旋CT检查,经腹腔镜手术治疗后,比较分析两种诊断方法的准确性和应用价值。结果:磁共振成像显示56例女性盆腔脓肿患者中,40例细菌性脓肿,13例结核性脓肿,3例畸胎瘤,检测肿块大小为4.2cm×4.1cm×3.9cm^14.1cm×9.3cm×8.8cm;螺旋CT扫描结果显示有35例细菌性脓肿,8例结核性脓肿,6例畸胎瘤,7例卵巢巧囊,检测肿块大小为5.1cm×4.4cm×4.2cm^15.7cm×10.3cm×9.1cm;实施腹腔镜诊断结果显示有40例细菌性脓肿,14例结核性脓肿,2例畸胎瘤,检测肿块大小为4.3cm×4.2cm×3.9cm^14.0cm×9.2cm×8.9cm。其中磁共振成像符合率为98.21%,螺旋CT扫描符合率为80.36%,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:磁共振成像的诊断符合率和准确度较高,是临床诊断和鉴别女性盆腔囊肿的有效影像学检查手段。Objective To analyze application values of magnetic resonance imaging （MRI） in diagnosis of female pelvic ab-scess. Methods： 56 cases of female pelvic abscess were used as the research object and received MRI examination and spiral CT ex-amination. After laparoscopic operation treatment, the diagnostic accuracy and application values of the two methods were comparedand analyzed. Results： MRI showed that in the 56 cases, 40 cases had bacterial abscess, 13 cases had tuberculous abscess and 3 ca-ses had teratoma; the detected tumor size was 4.2cm伊4.1cm～3.9cm-14. 1cm～9.3cm～8.8cm. Spiral CT scanning showed 35 caseshad bacterial abscess, 8 cases had tuberculous abscess, 6 cases had teratoma, and 7 cases had ovarian chocolate cyst; the detected oftumor size was 5.1cm～4.4cm～4.2cm-15.7cm～10.3cm～9.1cm. Laparoscopic diagnosis revealed that 40 cases had bacterial ab-scess, 14 cases had tuberculous abscess, and 2 cases had teratoma; the detected tumor size was 4.3cm～4.2cm～3.9cm-14.0cm～9.2cm～8.9cm. The coincidence rates of MRI and spiral CT scan were 98.21% and 80.36%, and the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusions： The diagnosis accordance rate and accuracy of MRI are higher, and it is an effective way for clinical imaging diag-nosis and differential diagnosis of female pelvic cyst.
