摘　　要：语言景观研究关注公共空间中的语言呈现问题。自上世纪末以来,国际上的语言景观已发展成社会语言学中一个热门的研究领域。本文在已有基础上,着重考察语言景观研究的认识论基础、分析维度以及理论构建情况,进一步阐述这一语言学前沿学科的研究动态。了解语言景观的研究内容与理论来源,有助于我国学者在相关领域研究的深入及视野的拓展。Linguistic landscape studies concern the display of languages in public space. Since the end of last centu- ry, international linguistic landscape has become an emerging research area in sociolinguistics. Based on previous studies, this paper focuses on the epistemological basis, analytical dimensions and theoretical construction of linguis- tic landscape research in an attempt to provide a fuller picture of this frontier linguistic field. An understanding of the research contents and theoretical source of linguistic landscape inquiries enables linguistic researchers in China to deepen their relevant studies and broaden their perspectives.
