摘　　要：介绍目前数字图书馆版权风险涉及的主要内容,采用风险识别、风险分析、风险分级的方式评估数字图书馆的版权风险,并提出可操作性的版权风险防范措施,为今后数字图书馆的发展提供借鉴。This paper gives a brief account of the main content of the copyright risk of digital libraries,assesses the risk through risk identification,risk analysis and risk stratification,and suggests some feasible measures to prevent copyright risk,so as to provide reference for the future development of digital libraries.
