摘　　要：阐述什么是图书馆版权政策、图书馆制定版权政策的原因和必要性、版权政策的可能元素和常见问题,列举网络上的几个版权政策的实例,分析如何起草一项版权政策,最后,简要分析如何开展版权政策的教育和推广工作。This paper elaborates on the substance of a library copyright policy,the reasons for and the necessity of formulating such a policy,its possible elements and usual problems,and lists several copyright policies online as examples. It also shows the ways to draft a library copyright policy and finally briefly analyzes how to publicize the library copyright policy.
