摘　　要：马克思的社会结构理论以构成结构的社会要素为起点,在宏观、中观和微观三个不同层面都分别展现了其结构理论观点,这一理论对当代国家治理体系的构建无论是在内容上还是方法论上都具有极为重要的指导价值。为此,我们可以"回到马克思",从结构体系的纵向和横向两个方面入手,通过合理布局社会结构内部不同层次和领域中各要素关系来构建国家治理体系,并以有效的制度供给及其执行力来不断促进国家治理体系的完善和治理能力的现代化。Starting with the social structure elements,Marx's social structural theory is characterized by construction at macro,medium and micro levels. Regarding its content and methodology as well,this theory has important guiding value for the construction of national governance system today. Therefore,we should'turn back to Marx'. From longitudinal and transverse dimensions of the structural system,we should rationally coordinate the relations among all elements at different levels and fields of the social structure in order to construct national governance system,and thereby promote the modernization of governance capacity and the perfection of national governance system with effective institutional supply and executive power.
