摘　　要：以发展中国家为代表的新兴市场国家对外直接投资具有技术寻求的特殊目的 ,逆向技术溢出效应能否产生、效应测算的大小以及影响因素和相关的微观机理成为学者们关注的重点,但相关理论和实证分析还没有形成系统的研究脉络和确定性的研究结论。文章在界定OFDI逆向技术溢出效应概念的基础上,分别从OFDI逆向技术溢出效应的存在性、影响因素以及溢出机理方面对相关研究文献进行系统的梳理和论述,据此分析已有研究的进展以及不足,并尝试描述未来的研究方向。Emerging market countries, especially developing countries, have special technology seeking purposes on foreign direct investment.Whether reverse technology spillover effect could take effects, and how to estimate its size, influencing factors and related microscopic mechanismhave become the focus of scholars＇ attention. However, relevant theoretical and empirical analyses are still in its preliminary stages , and thecontext of systematic studies and definitive conclusions have not yet formed. Based on defining the connotation of the OFDI reverse technologyspillover effect, this article reviewed relevant research literatures in terms of the existence , the influencing factors, as well as the overflowmechanism of the OFDI reverse technology spillover effect. Accordingly, this article analyzed the progress and the defect of existing research, andtried to describe the directions in future research.
