摘　　要：当前我国贸易顺差激增,经常项目成为"热钱"流入的重要渠道之一。贸易项目下"热钱"流入的主要经济动机在于骗取出口退税和套利,在境内外利率差异和资产收益率差异显著的情况下,"热钱"入境的套利动机尤其强烈。贸易项目下"热钱"入境的操作手法简单、隐蔽性较强,对我国经济运行的负面影响不容忽视。相关部门应该针对贸易项目下"热钱"流入的经济动机、操作手法和负面影响,综合运用监管、改革和发展的手段合理应对。Due to the hot money inflow, China＇s trade surplus experienced a rapidly surge recently. The major economic motives of hot moneyinflows include defrauding export tax rebates and arbitrage. Under the circumstances of significant difference between domestic and overseasinterest rates and asset yields, hot money particularly aims at arbitrage. The process and operation techniques of hot money inflows by tradesurplus are simple and concealed, and we should not ignore its negative impacts on China＇s economy. The government should attach importance tothe economic motives, operating techniques and negative impacts of hot money inflows in trade account , and to cope with it by supervision,reform and development.
