摘　　要：胡乔木长期在毛泽东身边工作,对毛泽东有近距离的观察。他实事求是地分析了毛泽东晚年错误的表现,探讨了毛泽东晚年犯错误的原因,并就其中的经验教训进行了深刻总结。同时,胡乔木也强调,要正确看待毛泽东的晚年错误,要从大局着眼,实事求是、恰如其分地做出评价。胡乔木对毛泽东晚年错误的认识和反思是全面而又深入的,显示出锐利的思想锋芒,对于正确开展晚年毛泽东研究具有重要的指导意义。Hu Qiaomu had worked quite a long time alongside Mao Zedong,of whom he had the chance to make a close observation. He analyzed the mistakes Mao Zedong made in his later years based on facts,talked about the causes of them,and made a thorough summary of experience and lessons out of them. At the same time,Hu Qiaomu also stressed that we should take a right view of Mao Zedong＇s mistakes in his later years,and practically and appropriately made the comment considering the overall situation. Hu Qiaomu＇s cognition and reflection on Mao Zedong＇s mistakes in his later years is comprehensive and in- depth,which shows his sharp thinking patterns,and is of guiding significance for the research about Mao Zedong＇s later years.
