摘　　要：国际性农民运动组织"农民之路"在其多次会议和宣言中提出并阐述了食物主权的概念和主要内容。食物主权主张食物生产者自主地进行食物生产和贸易,反对新自由主义制度下WTO及其他国际组织和跨国公司对各国食物生产和贸易的控制及资源的掠夺。一国如果丧失了食物主权,其粮食状况必然是不安全的。掌握食物主权是实现持久粮食安全的基础。The organization of international peasant movement ＂the Via Campesina＂ put forward and explained the concept of food sovereignty. Food sovereignty demands food producers democratically to produce and trade their food, and fights against the control of food production and trade and the plunder of resources which are implemented by WTO and other international institutions under the framework of neoliberalism system. One country once lose food sovereignty, its food situation must be insecurity. Food sovereignty is the basis of lasting food security.
