摘　　要：森林资源具有特殊的生态功能,保护森林资源首先应当保护好森林生态系统。我国传统森林生态系统保护法律制度极不完善,迫切需要进行制度创新。森林生态系统保护法律制度创新应当坚持以生态文明为指引,构建新型权利义务关系,逐步形成协调高效的制度体系。Protecting forest ecosystem is important because forest resource has some special ecological functions. Traditional Chinese legal system to protect forest ecosystem is far from perfect, there is an urgent need for institu- tional innovation. The innovation must be guided by the ideas of ecological civilization, seting up a new relation- ship between rights and obligations, and gradually forming a coordinated and efficient system.
