PPH联合直肠黏膜缝缩术治疗内痔伴有直肠黏膜内脱垂的疗效探讨

摘　　要：为探讨PPH联合直肠黏膜缝缩术治疗内痔伴有直肠黏膜内脱垂的疗效，将32例内痔伴有直肠黏膜内脱垂的患者随机分成治疗组和对照组，各16例，治疗组采用PPH联合直肠黏膜缝缩术治疗，对照组单纯采用PPH治疗。对比观察两组患者手术时间、创面愈合时间、术后疼痛、出血及肛缘水肿情况。结果显示，两组患者术后24h疼痛评分比较差异无统计学意义，P〉0．05；治疗组手术时间长于对照组，P〈0．05；但治疗组在术后出血、肛缘水肿、创面愈合时间方面均优于对照组，P〈0．05。结果表明，PPH联合直肠黏膜缝缩术治疗内痔伴有直肠黏膜内脱垂的疗效优于单纯PPH治疗。This study was to investigate the effect of PPH combined with suture ＆ constriction for rectal mucosa in the treatment of internal hemorrhoids complicated with proctoptosis. The 32 patients with this disease were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, n = 16 for each group;the former received above combined surgery, the latter received alone PPH;then the time for operation, for wound-sur- face healing,as well as the status on postoperative pain,bleeding and anal-edge edema were compared be- tween both groups.As results,at 24h after operation there was no statistical difference of patient＇s pain be- tween both groups（ P 〉0.05）;the time for operation in treatment group was longer than that in controls（ P 〈0.05）,but in postoperative bleeding,anal-edge edema and wound-surface healing time treatment group was all superior to controls（ P 〈0.05）.Results show that the effect of above combined procedure is superi- or to alone PPH.
