摘　　要：当前,因乌克兰事件,西方国家不断掀起对俄的经济制裁,俄罗斯经济亟需新的资金来源。俄东部地区的发展一直是俄罗斯国家战略的优先发展方向,发展东部,吸引亚太国家投资,为俄经济注入新活力,已成为俄21世纪的重要任务,当前的国际形势使这一任务变得更为迫切。俄总统普京提出,借鉴中国经验,将在东部地区建立超前发展区,以增强远东的投资吸引力。The latest round of Western sanctions against Russia may be hampering Moscow' s ability to attract FDI.Development in eastern Russia has always been the priority of Russia' s national strategy.To attract investment from Asia- pacific countries for development of the Eastern part of country has become an important task for Russia in 21 st century.Current international situation is making this task even more urgent.Russian President Vladimir Putin proposed that using the experience of China and seting up advanced development area in the eastern region in order to enhance the ability to investment attraction of Russia' s Far East.
