消白方治疗糖尿病肾病微量蛋白尿的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察消白方治疗糖尿病肾病微量蛋白尿的临床疗效。方法 60例慢性肾炎患者随机分为消白方组(30例)和氯沙坦钾组(30例),治疗6个月后,观察两组患者治疗前后尿微量白蛋白/尿肌酐(MA/Cr)、免疫球蛋白G(Ig G)、α1-微球蛋白(α1-MG)、转铁蛋白(TRF)指标的变化情况。结果两组均能降低患者MA/Cr、TRF、α1-MG、尿免疫球蛋白(Ig G),两组比较在减低MA/Cr、TRF、α1-MG、尿免疫球蛋白(Ig G)方面,消白方组优于氯沙坦钾组,两组之间比较差异有统计学意义(P驥0.05)。结论消白方是治疗糖尿病肾病微量蛋白尿的有效方剂。Objective To observe Xiao Bai Decoction efficacy in treatment of diabetic nephropathy microalbuminuria. Methods Chronic nephritis patients were randomly divided into Xiao Bai decoction group （30 cases） and losartan potassium group （30 cases） . After 6 months of treatment, clinical indicators such as urinary albumin （MA） / creatinine （Cr） , immunoglobulin G （IgG） ,α1microglobulin （MG） , transfemng （TRF） changes in aU patients were assayed and statistically compared. Results After the treatment, MA / Cr, TRF, α1MG and IgG levels in two groups were all lowered, the reduction in the Xiao Bai decoction group was more evident than in losartan potassium group, and the difference between the two groups was significant （P 〈0.05） . Conclusion Xiao Bai decoction may be an effective prescription treatment of diabetic nephropathy microalbuminuria.
