热敷尾骶部联合开塞露治疗产后尿潴留42例

摘　　要：目的探讨热敷尾骶部联合开塞露治疗产后尿潴留的临床效果。方法选取2013年1月至2014年6月在我科住院分娩的84例单胎头位顺产后尿潴留的产妇,随机分为两组各42例。对照组采用传统方法诱导排尿,试验组行热敷尾骶部联合开塞露塞肛治疗,观察两组产妇解除尿潴留的效果。结果试验组解除产后尿潴留的效果优于对照组,两组比较,有显著性差异(P驥0.01)。结论热敷尾骶部联合开塞露塞肛治疗产后尿潴留,起效快,疗效显著,无创伤,无副作用,是简单易行的有效方法。Objective To observe the effect of sacrococcygeal joint heat applying joining glycerine enema m treating postpartum urine retention. Methods From January 2013 to June 2014, 84 cases of hospitalized postpartum urine retention patients were randomly divided into two groups, 42 cases for each group. The control group used traditional methods to induce urination, observation group was treated by sacrococcygeal joint heat applying joining glycerine enama, the effects on relieving urine retention was evaluated. Results Comparing the relieving effects of two groups,there was a significant difference （P 〈0.01） , observation group was superior to control group. Conclusion The method of sacrococcygeal joint heat applying joining glycerine enama treatment of postpartum urinary retention is rapid onset, non-invasive, simple, effective and with no side effects.
