摘　　要：伴随恐怖组织"伊斯兰国"的迅速发展,中东地区的动荡局势不断恶化。本文以"伊斯兰国"资金链为切入点,在梳理该组织发展历史和主要特征的基础上,分析了它的主要资金来源及流向,旨在厘清"伊斯兰国"的资金循环逻辑。在此基础上,论文进而分析了在中国逐步推进"丝路战略"的现实背景下,"伊斯兰国"组织对中国国家安全与海外利益的双重影响。With the rapid development of the terrorist organization ＂Islamic State＂, the unrest in the Middle East continues to deteriorate. This article took capital chain of ＂Islamic State＂ as the breakthrough point to analyze the history, main features and circular logic of the ＂Islamic State＂, and also tried to analyze its dual impact on both China＇s national security and overseas interests under the background of ＂Silk Road Strategy＂.
