西咪替丁注射液治疗面部单纯性疱疹疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：讨论并分析西咪替丁注射液在临床方面治疗面部单纯性疱疹的效果。方法从2011年7月～2013年7月入住我院的患有面部单纯性疱疹患者200例中，任意的选取94例典型的患者，将其分成对照组和观察组各47例。对照组采用紫草油以及锌氧油涂抹疱疹的部位进行治疗，观察组采用西咪替丁注射液治疗。结果对照组患者出现色素沉着、中途放弃的状况比较多，观察组治愈率明显高于对照组，而且观察组治愈时间要比对照组短，对照组临床过后满意程度远远不如观察组；彼此的差异具有科学的统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论西咪替丁注射液对于治疗面部单纯性疱疹方面，效果佳，见效迅速，患者的评价很好，在临床的推广以及广泛使用具有重要的意义。Objective To discuss and analyze the effect of cimetidine injection therapy in the clinical aspects of facial herpes simplex. Methods From July 2011 July 2013 stay in our hospital suffering from facial herpes simplex patients 200 cases, the arbitrary selection of a typical 94 patients, will be divided into a control group and observation group 47 cases. The control group using comfrey oil and zinc oxide oil painting parts of herpes treatment,observation group cimetidine Injection. Results Control group patients pigmentation, more drop out of the situation, the observation group was significantly higher cure rate, and the observation group than in the control group healing time is shorter,the degree of satisfaction after far less than the control group, the clinical observation group;each other statistically significant differences in scientific（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Cimetidine injection for the treatment of facial herpes simplex,good effect,to bear fruit quickly, evaluate the patient＇s good, is of great significance in promoting clinical and widely used.
