输尿管镜联合钬激光技术腔内治疗在尿道狭窄中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨输尿管镜联合钬激光技术腔内治疗在尿道狭窄中的临床价值。方法将我院近两年收治的50例尿道狭窄患者作为研究对象，患者均采用输尿管镜联合钬激光技术腔内治疗，观察患者手术情况、治疗效果及术后并发症发生情况。结果50例患者手术均成功进行，术后随访2月～2年，结果显示患者尿道均扩张、排尿通畅；术后并发症发生率为6%。结论输尿管镜联合钬激光技术腔内治疗尿道狭窄具有良好效果，同时术后并发症发生率低，可推广使用。Objective To investigate the combined ureteroscope and holmium laser technique of endovascular treatment in clinical value of urethral stricture. Methods 50 cases of urethral stricture patients were treated in our hospital in the past two years as the object of study,patients were treated by ureteroscopic holmium：YAGlaser technology combined with endovascular treatment,observe the operation situation of patients,therapeutic effect and postoperative complications. Results 50 patients were fol owed up for operation,in February-2years after surgery,patients with urethral dilatation showed, urination;postoperative complication rate was6%. Conclusion Combined ureteroscope and holmium laser endoscopic treatment of urethral stricture with good effect,low incidence rate and postoperative complications, and can be popularized.
