参萸强心方辅治慢性心力衰竭的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察参萸强心方辅治慢性心力衰竭的疗效。方法 72例慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,各36例,对照组为西医标准化治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用参萸强心方口服,疗程均为12周,观察两组患者治疗前后中医证候总积分、血清B型钠尿肽(BNP)含量。结果经治疗后,治疗组在中医证候疗效、血清BNP含量方面均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论参萸强心方对慢性心力衰竭具有较好的疗效。CHINA HEALTH STANDARDObjective Efficacy Ginseng dogwood cardiotonic side be assisted treatment of chronic heart failure. Methods 72 cases of chronic heart failure were randomly divided into control and treatment groups,each of 36 cases in the control group standardized conventional anti-heart failure drug therapy,the treatment group were treated with oral cardiotonic Ginseng dogwood in the control group, based on a course of 12 weeks ,before and after treatment were observed TCM syndrome total score, serum BNP levels. Results After the treatment, the treatment group were better than in the efficacy of TCM,serum BNP content of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Ginseng dogwood chronic heart failure cardiotonic side are effective therapies..
