观察集束化护理对于支气管哮喘患者的护理效果

摘　　要：目的：观察集束化护理在支气管哮喘患者中的护理效果。方法资料选取2012年～2013年我院收治的支气管哮喘患者92例，分为两组，给予对照组常规护理，研究组则给予集束化护理，并对两组临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果护理后，研究组总有效率95.65%，高于对照组总有效率73.91%，比较有差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对支气管哮喘患者进行集束化护理能让其生活质量提升，值得在临床中推广应用。Objective Observe the cluster effect of nursing care of patients with bronchial asthma. Methods The data selected 2012-2013 in our hospital 92 cases of patients with bronchial asthma,divided into two groups,give control group routine nursing,the team is given cluster nursing, and the two groups of clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results After nursing, group total effectiveness 95.65%, higher than the control group total effectiveness 73.91%, compare with statistically significant difference （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion In patients with bronchial asthma in cluster nursing can make their life quality improvement, and is worth popularizing in clinical application.
