煤转气技术在沥青砼搅拌设备中的应用研究浅析

摘　　要：简要介绍煤转气沥青砼搅拌设备结构与工艺过程。针对燃油、燃煤型沥青砼搅拌设备加热骨料存在的缺点,对煤转气的基本原理与气化过程进行分析。通过工程实际试验得出燃油、燃煤及煤气型沥青砼搅拌设备在能耗、成本及环保等方面的对比效果,证明煤转气技术在沥青砼搅拌设备中的应用是可行的,可为沥青砼搅拌设备的煤转气改造与研究提供参考。Coal-to-gas conversion used in asphalt concrete mixing plants.It is a brief introduction to construction and operation process of coal-gas conversion in an asphalt concrete mixing plant.For a better result an analysis was done of basic coal-gas conversion principles and the gasification process beforehand,so as to obtain a comparative result thru actual engineering tests and practice in combustion of oil fuel,coal,and gas for the asphalt concrete mixing plant to turn out fuel consumption rate,cost,and environment-friendly data,respectively.A final verification tells that the coal-gas conversion is feasible in the mixing operation,thus providing a reference for reform and study of such type equipment.
