摘  要:目的检测血清胱抑素C(Cys C)和β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)在肾脏疾病中的表达水平,分析其在诊断中的应用价值。方法采用免疫透射比浊法测定149例肾病患者中血清Cys C和β2-MG的浓度,并分析其与血清中尿素氮(BUN)和肌酐(Cr)的相关性。结果肾病组血清Cys C含量(4.40 mg/L±2.01 mg/L)高于健康对照组Cys C含量(0.82 mg/L±0.17 mg/L)(P<0.01);肾病组血清β2-MG含量(16.84 mg/L±11.60 mg/L)高于对照组β2-MG含量为(1.75 mg/L±0.43 mg/L)(P<0.01)。肾病组血清Cys C、β2-MG表达水平与血清BUN、Cr呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论联合检测血清Cys C和β2-MG可以作为早期肾损伤诊断的指标。Objective To explore the diagnostic value of by detecting the expressing levels of cystatin C (CysC) and β2 micro- globulin( β2 - MG) in patients with kidney disease. Methods One hundred and forty - nine patients with kidney disease were enrolled in the present study. Concentrations of serum CysC and β2 - MG were detected by a latex turbidmetric immunoassay. Then the correlation between CysC and β2 - MG and renal functional index (blood urea nitrogen(BUN) and creatinine(Cr) ) was analyzed. Results Compared to the control group (0.82 ±0.17 mg/L), the expression of CysC is significantly higher in experimental group(4.40 ± 2.01 mg/L) ( P 〈 0.01 ). β2 - MG expression of the experimental group ( 16.84 ± 11.60 mg/L) is significantly higher than that of the control group ( 1.75 ±0.43 mg/L) ( P 〈 0.01 ). Serum CysC and β2 - MG levels in patients with kidney diseases were positively correlated with renal functional index( BUN and Cr) respectively. Conclusion The combined detection CysC and β2 - MG might be as a marker in the early diagnosis of kidney diseases.
