摘  要:目的为了解浙江省集中空调通风系统卫生状况,以及公共场所集中空调卫生检测中存在的问题。方法对全省11个地市及义乌市的190家公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生指标进行检测。结果旅店、商场、医院、娱乐场所、写字楼5类公共场所检测指标均合格的占39.47%;10项指标的检测合格率为88.98%,其中送风中细菌总数和真菌总数合格率较低,分别为67.89%和78.95%,其余指标合格率均在80%以上,仅送风中β-溶血性链球菌合格率为100%。表明集中空调通风系统存在一定程度的污染。结论集中空调通风系统污染情况不容乐观,公共场所应做好空调系统的日常卫生管理和清洗消毒工作,保证空调系统运行期间室内空气品质。Objective To understand the sanitary conditions of central air conditioning ventilation system and find out the prob- lems in the detection of public health central air - conditioning. Methods 190 air conditioning and ventilation systems in public places were test in 11 prefecture -level cities and Yiwu. Results 39.47% of 5 categories, which include hotels, shopping mails, hospitals, places of entertainment, and office rooms, have qualified all detected indicators; the pass rate of 10 indicators is 88.98%. Among these indicators, the total number bacteria and the total number of fungi in blowing - in air were 67, 89% and 78.95%, which is quiet low. And the .pass rates of remaining indicators are all above 80% , while only the pass rate of total number of β - hemolytic streptococcus in blow - in air is 100%. Therefore, a certain degree of pollution exists in the centralized air conditioning system. Conclusion Contamination in central air conditioning ventilation system is not optimistic.' Daily health management, cleaning and disinfection of air - conditioning should be done well, ensuring indoor air quality in the operation of air - conditioning system.
