急性结膜炎患者治疗前后血清hs-CRP、Il-6和β-防御素-3检测的临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨急性结膜炎患者治疗前后血清hs-CRP、Il-6和β-防御素-3水平的变化及临床意义。方法应用免疫比浊法,放射免疫分析法和酶联法对40例急性结膜炎患者进行了血清hs-CRP、Il-6和β-防御素-3的水平检测,并与35名正常健康人作比较。结果急性结膜炎患者在治疗前血清hs-CRP、Il-6水平非常显著地高于正常人组(P<0.01),而β-防御素-3水平显著地低于正常人组(P<0.01),经中西医结合治疗2周后则与正常人比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论检测急性结膜炎患血清hs-CRP、Il-6和β-防御素-3水平的变化对临床观察预后均有重要的临床价值。Objective To explore the clinical significance of serum hs-CRP, Il-6 and beta-defensin-3 levels in patients with acute conjunctivitis after treatment .Methods Serum hs-CRP （ with immumo-turbidity ） Serum Il-6（with RIA）, Serum beta-defensin-3（with ElisA） levels were measured in 40 patients with acute conjunctivitis before and after treatment as well as in 35 controls.Results Before treatment , Serum Il-6, hs-CRP levels in the patients were significantly higher than those in controls （P〈0.01）,but Serum beta-defensin-3 levels were significantly lower（P〈0.01）.After treatment for 2 weeks, there were no significance between the levels in patients and controls （P〉0.05）.Conclusions Detection of serum hs-CRP, Il-6 and bata-defensin-3 levels after treatment might be important for outcome prediction in patients with acute conjumctivitis .
