品管圈活动在降低胸外科中高危导管非计划性拔管中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨品管圈活动对降低胸外病房中高危导管非计划性拔管中的应用。方法通过成立品管圈活动小组,确定品管圈主题、制定品管圈活动计划,对导致中高危导管非计划性拔管的因素进行分析,制定整改措施,并对品管圈活动实施前后的相关指标评价。结果实施品管圈活动前后中高危导管非计划性拔管率由11.5%下降至3.8%,差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论品管圈活动对于降低中高危导管非计划性拔管率效果显著,合理的圈内讨论研究中高危导管非计划性拔管因素,可以提高护理人员的责任感以及安全意识,确保患者安全,改善护理品质。Objective To investigate the effects of Quality Control Circle （ QCC ） in decreasing unplanned extubation incidence among thoracic surgery patients with medium -high risk catheter .Methods QCC team was set up to organize specific theme , analyze problems and reasons , formulate rectification measures , and asses relative outcomes afterwards .Results After implemented QCC activity , the incidence of unplanned extubation was reduced significantly from 11.5% to 3.8%（P〈0.05） .Conclusions QCC can effectively decrease unplanned extubation incidence among thoracic surgery patients with medium -high risk catheter by analyzing relative factors .It has the advantages of improving nurses＇responsibility and nursing quality and the consciousness of safety .
