摘　　要：“我今天的心情前所未有、万分喜悦，我的家人和我一起来到昆明参加第100座万达广场的开业。”说到这王健林看了一眼台下的嘉宾席。他的夫人林宁，名气比他还大的儿子王思聪就坐存那儿。10月30日，昆明西山万达广场开业的前一天，王健林和家人坐着私人飞机来到了昆明。台下嘉宾席上的10多位老外很是显眼。他们是万达重要的供应商或合作伙伴，既有百胜餐饮等知名跨围公司的中国区总裁，也有国美、华润万家、哈森鞋业等国内品牌连锁企业的负责人。While it seems that the "Golden Age" China's real estate industry has enjoyed for the past decade came to an end this year,things have been pretty good for the Wanda Group as it is now set to become the largest commercial real estate company in the world,its commercial real estate sector is currently working on listing on the Hong Kong stock exchange,and its long problems with capital seem to be coming to an end.The group boasts the world's largest movie theater chain,which it is also looking to list on the country's A-share stock market.The group's fortune doesn't end there as its consumer,travel and cultural industry sectors have become shockingly large and its forays into the shopping center,infant,karaoke and other businesses are doing well.Over the years Wanda has grown from a simple real estate company to a comprehensive commercial empire.According to the group's investment prospectus,the group's market value is close to60 billion USD. "One of the group's strengths is that it is always one step ahead.Once other companies look to do the same,the opportunities have already been snatched up," explains one executive that has worked with Wanda Chairman Wang Jianlin for several years.
