摘　　要：配电通信实际可以归属为终端通信接入网,其通信网承载配电自动化、配电调度、配网运维管理和分布式电源接入等业务,是配电自动化系统的基础支撑.依据配电通信网技术导则,结合近几年地区配电网发展情况和实际需求,对配电通信网的网络构成,技术体系及原则,EPON系统的原理进行了系统阐述,并以配网自动化的实际案例,说明配电通信网的设计、施工方面的特点和情况,指导张家口地区配电通信网的发展和建设.Distribution communication can be attributed to the terminal communication access network, and its communication network covers such services as distribution automation,power distribution scheduling,operation and maintenance of distribution network and distributed power access,which is the foundation of distributing automation system.Based on the technology guidelines of distri-bution communication network,combined with the development and actual needs of regional distribution network in recent years,communication network,technical system and the principle,and the principle of EPON system of distribution communication network are systematically elaborated.With actual cases of distribution network automation,the characteristics and circumstances of the design and construction in the distribution communication network are illustrated,providing reference for the development and construction of Zhangjiakou regional distribution communication network.
