摘  要:本文介绍了以2,6-二氯对硝基苯胺为重氮盐与N-甲基-2-苯基吲哚偶合制备高日晒分散橙AUL的工艺条件。通过单因素实验对配料比、反应温度、反应时间及转晶pH各个因数进行分析,确定了最佳的反应条件:2,6-二氯对硝基苯胺∶N-甲基-2-苯基吲哚(摩尔比)=1.05∶1,浓硫酸∶N-甲基-2-苯基吲哚(质量比)=5.0∶1,偶合温度为0~5℃保持10小时,再升温至35~40℃保持3小时,转晶的pH为3.0-3.5。产品的HPLC在96%左右,收率在98%以上。经性能测试,分散橙AUL及其分散黑色复配物具有优良的日晒牢度。High light-fastness Disperse Orange AUL was synthesized from 2,6-dichloro-4-nitroaniline and N-methyl-2- phenylindole by coupling reaction. The charge ratio, reaction temperature, reaction time, and pH of crystal transformation were analyzed by single fac- tor experiments. The optimized conditions were 2,6-dichloro-4-nitroaniline: N-methyl-2-phenylindole (molar ratio) = 1.05: 1, sulfuric acid: N-methyl-2-phenyliudole (mass ratio) =5.0: 1, reaction temperature 0 -5 ℃ keeping for 10 hours, and then up to 35~40 ℃ keeping for 3 hours, pH of crystal transformation 3 - 3.5. Purity (HPLC) of products was about 96%, the yield over 98%. The re- suits of application tests indicated that the Disperse Orange AUL and the mixture of disperse black with it have high light-fastness.
