摘  要:本文分析了活性染料染色后皂洗用各类皂洗剂的应用特点,研究了三种比较典型的皂洗剂的应用效果,并与常规皂洗工艺进行了比较。结果表明:在达到染色牢度的前提下,React EVO工艺处理后织物表面得色比其他三种工艺处理后织物深;与常规皂洗工艺相比,低温皂洗剂、皂洗酶工艺和React EVO工艺有不同程度的节能、节水的特性,React EVO工艺在节水、节能、提高生产效率方面效果更显著。A method for determination of quinoline in dyestuffs was established by gas chromatography with external standard method. Quinoline and other organic impurities were separated by gas chromatography, and their contents were quantified by peak area external standard method. Quinoline and isoquinoline were separated and qualitative analyzed by GC - MS. The limit of detection of quinoline was 10 mg/kg. The recoveries varied between 70% and 130% , and the relative standard deviations (RSD) was less -than 2%. The results showed that this method has reliable productivity and could give a good linear relationship with good recovery and RSD.
