摘　　要：微文化背景下，如何发挥微文化的积极作用，开展行之有效的思想政治教育成为每一位教师和高校领导思考的重点内容。在微文化背景下，学校要加强对大学生思想政治教育的重视程度，灵活应用微文化中的积极因素，将思想政治教育渗透于教学的每一个细节当中，不断提升学生的思想水平和道德意识。主要对在微文化背景下，大学生思想政治教育中存在的问题及解决对策进行分析，旨在有效提升大学生思想素质，创建一个和谐、积极的大学校园氛围。Under the background of micro cultural, how to play the positive role of micro culture and carry out the ideological and political education effective become the focus of every- teacher and university leadership thinking. In the micro culture background, schools should strengthen the degree of attention to college students＂ Ideological and political education, flexible application of micro culture positive factors in~ Ideological and political education, will permeate every detail of teaching, and constantly improve the level of students＂ Ideological and moral consciousness. This article mainly in the micro culture background, solutions and countermeasures through the analysis of the existing problems in the ideological and political education of college students, to effectively improve college students ideological quality, create a harmonious and positive atmosphere of University campus.
