摘  要:目的:探讨贵州水族地区成年男性血清生殖激素水平与精液质量的关系。方法:整群随机抽取贵州水族地区555名已婚育龄男性进行问卷调查,检测血清卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)及睾酮(T)等生殖激素水平,分析精液质量指标(精子总活力、前向运动率、体积、p H值和密度),采用Logistic回归分析探讨血清生殖激素水平与精液质量指标的关系。结果:低水平FSH组的精子总活力(OR=0.58,95%CI:0.35~0.97)和前向运动率(OR=0.58,95%CI:0.35~0.95)异常的危险性低于中水平FSH组,高水平LH组的精子总活力异常的危险性高于中水平LH组(OR=1.72,95%CI:1.07~2.76)。结论:FSH和LH水平与精子总活力及前向运动率密切相关。Objective: To explore the relationship between serum reproductive hormones levels and semen quality of adult men in ethnic Shui region in Guizhou. Methods: A total of 555 adult men were selected by cluster random sampling method, then questionnaire survey was conducted; serum levels of follicle - stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH) and testosterone were detected; semen quality indexes (total sperm vitality, forward movement, volume, pH value and density) were analyzed; logistic regression analysis was used to explore the relationship between serum reproductive hormones levels and semen quality. Results : The risks of abnormalities of total sperm vitality ( OR =0. 58, 95% CI: 0. 35 -0. 97) and forward movement rate ( OR =0. 58, 95% CI: 0. 35 -0. 95) in low FSH level group were lower than those in moderate FSH level group, the risk of abnormality of total sperm vitality in high LH level group was higher than that in moderate LH level group (OR = 1.72, 95% CI: 1.07 -2. 76) . Conclusion: The levels of FSH and LH are closely related to the total sperm vitality and forward movement rate.
