摘 要:将锰渣作为多孔骨料与玻化微珠复合制备保温砂浆,研究其掺量对保温砂浆性能的影响,并对复合胶凝材料水化产物的微观结构进行了SEM分析。试验研究表明,固定玻化微珠与胶凝材料的质量比为8∶10,外掺50%多孔锰渣,在由50%水泥、20%粉煤灰、20%矿渣粉、10%石灰石粉组成的复合胶凝体系中可分散乳胶粉掺量为胶凝材料质量的2%,羟丙基甲基纤维素掺量为0.6%,聚丙烯纤维掺量为0.75%,在水料比为1时,可制备出28 d抗压强度为0.46 MPa、干密度为398 kg/m3、导热系数为0.079 W/(m·K)的保温砂浆,符合GB/T 20473—2006《建筑保温砂浆》的Ⅱ型标准,且复合胶材的水化产物微观结构非常密实。Thermal insulation mortar was prepared by using porous manganese slag as aggregate compound with glazed hollow bead. The influence of its dosage on the properties of the thermal insulation mortar was studied,and the microstructure of the composite gelled material hydration products were analyzed by SEM. The test results show that,fixed the mass ratio of glazed hollow bead and gelled materials is 8:10, blending 50% porous manganese slag and blend composite gelled material which was composed of 50% cement, 10% lime stone powder, 20% fly ash,20% slag powder, adding a certain amount of additives (the dosage of the re-dispersible polymer powder is 2% mass of total gelled materials and HPMC is 0.6%, polypropylene fiber is 0.75%),when the ratio of water to materials is 1 can prepare thermal insulation mortar, the compressive strength of 28 days is 0.46 MPa, dry density is 398 kg/m^3, thermal conductivity is 0.079 W/ (m · K) , the indicators all meet GB/T 20473-2006"Building insulation mortar" type Ⅱ standard requirements. The microstructure of composite gelled material hydration products is very dense.
