摘  要:在传统脂肪族减水剂中引入木质素磺酸钠(木钠)进行接枝共聚,合成了分子侧链含有木钠结构的脂肪族高效减水剂.通过正交试验得到木钠接枝脂肪族的最佳合成工艺为∶n(甲醛)∶n(丙酮)=2.25,n(磺化剂)∶n(丙酮)=0.5,木钠用量为总体质量的6%,保温温度90~100℃,木钠在甲醛滴加60 min后投加.并将此共聚减水剂与单纯的脂肪族减水剂、脂肪族与木钠复配减水剂的性能进行对比,结果表明,无论是成本还是性能,木钠接枝脂肪族高效减水剂均具有明显的优势.A new kind of aliphatic highly efficient water reducer with sodium lignin sulfonate strueture was synthesized by grafting sodium lignin sulfonate into the chains of aliphatic. The optimum synthetic process of sodium lignin sulfonate grafting aliphatics was obtained by orthogonal test. Namcly,F/A=2.25,S/A=0.5,sodium lignin sulfonate content was 6% and the holding temperature was 90-100 ℃. The sodium lignin sulfonate was added 60 minutes after dropping formaldehyde. Compared with simple aliphatic water reducer, this copolymer water reducer has obvious advantages both in cost and performance.
