摘　　要：模拟实践教学法结合了案例教学、情境教学、实践教学等多种教学方法的优点,是一种提高公安院校学生专业素质和实际办案能力的现代化教学手段。这种教学手段符合刑事证据学课程的教学目标和课程特点。结合目前公安院校在应用模拟实践教学方法过程中存在的问题,应当从模拟实践场景的设置与公安实务工作衔接、增强模拟实践教学方法的可操作性、实训基地的建设几个方面进行完善,从而为增强刑事证据学课程的教学实效性提供一种贴近公安实践的教学方法。Simulation pra ctice teaching method, integrating with the advantages of case-based teaching, situational teaching, and practical teaching, is a modernized teaching means to improve public security college students＇ professional quality and practical ability to handle cases. The teaching means adapts to the teaching aims and characteristics of criminal evidence science course. Combined with the problems existing in the current simulation practice teaching method applied in public security colleges, it should be improved from the connection of simulation practice situation setting and public security practical work, enhancing of the operability of simulation practice teaching method, and train-ing base construction, so as to provide a suitable teaching method for strengthening the teaching effectiveness of criminal evidence science.
