摘　　要：新建应用型本科院校的转型发展的研究是以高等教育大众化为基本点,结合新建应用型本科院校面临的阶段性问题和转型的内涵,本文提出新建应用型本科院校转型发展定位应是有所侧重的多科性大学,转型发展的取向应是教学服务型大学,转型发展的策略应是有所为有所不为,转型发展的内生动力应是完善基层学术组织、优化内部管理体制,从而从结构到形态、从形式到内涵真正实现向现代大学的转型发展。The research on the transformation and development of newly-established applied undergraduate universities is based on higher education popularization. Combined with the temporary problems and connotation of newly-established applied under-graduate universities, this paper proposes that the orientation of the transformation and development of them is comprehensive u-niversities with emphasized disciplines; the direction should be universities with teaching services;the strategy should be flexible in accordance with different situations;the inner drive should be perfecting grassroots academic organizations, optimizing internal management systems. In this way, the true transformation and development to modern universities can be realized from struc-ture to form, and then to connotation.
