摘　　要：随着就业形势的日益严峻,大学生创业已成为当前高等教育的新问题。本研究通过对南京中医药大学在校大学生进行创业心理问卷调查,分别从创业认知和动机、创业人格和创业能力进行了调研,并就如何完善中医专业大学生创业教育提出了部分建议。As the employment situation is becoming increasingly serious, college students＇ innovative undertaking has become a new problem in higher education. By the way of questionnaire about the students majoring in Chinese Medicine, this study car-ries out respectively from entrepreneurial cognition and motiva-tion, entrepreneurial personalities and capabilities, and tries to raise suggestions on how to improve entrepreneurship education of TCM college students.
