摘  要:输电线路工频相参数是线路过电压计算的基本参数,获取1 000 k V交流同塔双回线路的相参数对于指导工程运行是必要的。短距离输电线路相参数测量可不考虑分布参数特性也能获得较准确的结果,对于长距离线路会产生一定的误差。为获取长距离特高压线路准确的相参数,利用π型和分布参数等值电路对多导线系统进行建模分析,提出了测量各相导线首末端电压、电流列出方程组求解相间互电容的方法。基于线路分布参数特性推导出相间互阻抗计算公式,采用求解长线方程的方法获得了相、自参数。仿真结果表明,该文方法可减小误差。通过实测计算获得了皖电东送淮南至上海1 000 k V交流同塔双回线路淮芜Ⅰ线与Ⅱ线的相参数,为工程中过电压计算等应用提供了准确的参数。Power frequency phase parameters of transmission lines are essential parameters of overvoltage calculation, so it is necessary to obtain the phase parameters of 1 000 k V AC double-circuit transmission lines on the same tower before the lines are put into operation. Phase parameters of short distance lines can be accurately obtained by measurement and calcalation without taking into consideration their distributed parameter characteristic, while errors tend to arise for long distance lines. In order to get accurate phase parameters of long distance UHV transmission lines, a multiconductor transmission line was modeled and analyzed by π lumped parameter and distributed parameter equivalent circuit respectively in this paper. A method was proposed to obtain mutual capacitances between phase conductors by measuring the voltages or currents at both ends of each phase conductor and calculating mutual admittances equations between phase conductors. Equations of mutual impedances between conductors were deduced based on the distributed parameter characteristic of lines. Self-parameters of phase conductors were calculated according to the relationship equations between the voltages and currents on both sides of phase conductors. The results indicate that calculation errors of the parameters can be reduced by adopting the methods, which has been verified by means of simulation. The methods were used to obtain the phase parameters of 1000 k V Huainan-WuhuⅠ and Ⅱ lines of eastward transmission of Anhui electricpower and can provide exact data for overvoltage calculation of the project.
