摘 要:树脂基碳纤维复合材料具有比强度和比刚度高、密度小、耐高温、耐腐蚀等优良性能。将其应用于汽车引擎盖,在保证刚度等力学性能要求的前提下,能够有效地减轻重量,实现汽车轻量化的目的。文中选择了合适的铺层顺序和铺层角度[90°/45°/0°/-45°/90°],优化了铺层方案,满足了汽车引擎盖的性能要求。从结构方面对碳纤维复合材料汽车引擎盖进行分析,指出其优势和不足,对包括引擎盖在内的汽车覆盖件的设计具有积极的参考意义。Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer(CFRP) has the characteristics of high specific strength and specific stiffness,light weight, high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance. It can reduce the weight of car bodies on the premise that the stiffness and modal frequency meet requirements when it is applied to the engine hood. So it achieves the goal of the lightweight of automobile. The appropriate stacking sequence and ply angle [90° /45° /0° /-45° /90° ] are selected to optimize the overlay solutions to meet the performance requirements of the car hood. The paper analyzes the CFRP hood from the aspects of structure. Its strengths and weaknesses are identified, which provides reference for the design choosing of automobile covering parts, engine hood included.
